According to experts, THC stimulates cells in the brain to release dopamine, creating euphoria. To understand the concept of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), we first need to get clear with the fact that Cannabis being a natural remedy is used over ages to treat various chronic health conditions. But, the question arises that, cannabis gives the feeling of being stoned then how can it treat health complexities? So, cannabis has mainly two chemical compounds i.e - CBD or Cannabidiol and THC or Tetrahydrocannabinol.

CBD is a cannabis compound that has cogent medical benefits, but does not make people feel “high” and can actually counteract the psychoactivity of THC. CBD has demonstrable neuroprotective and neurogenic effects. After years of research and development, experts penned down numerous benefits that CBD alone provides in improving the health complexities like cancer, Alzheimer's and epilepsy in human beings.

Since CBD oil is used as a natural remedy, over the years the experts have tried incorporating CBD in various products like oils, balms, Sprays, vapes etc and nowadays people have started consuming CBD oil by adding it to various food products like brownies, cookies etc. Omni oils have a wide range of CBD infused products.

About THC :

The effect that THC leaves on the body differ from one individual to another. Depending on the body’s chemistry. Though, people do experience relaxation, pain relief, and energy after consuming THC. However, another bunch of individuals experience a feeling of dizziness, paranoia and memory impairment. So, it is always advisable to start with small doses to witness how the body responds to it.

The effect of inhaling THC might last up to as long as 45 minutes to a few hours but if consumed with any food products, users are likely to experience the effect for the next six to eight hours.

The use of CBD has gained momentum in the field of medicines But THC too might have its own benefits and drawbacks, experts are making attempts to fetch out the best possible benefits of the same in the field of medicine.
